I Saw A Door, It Is Called Liberty

There is much happening in the world and in our nation right now. There is much division, chaos and lines of separation both voluntary and involuntary. It is imperative that we are hearing and seeking the heart of God when we encounter conflict rather it is over race, gender, theology or any other conflicts within our society. His heart is kingdom and it is not tainted; therefore, it is the best way forward. I want to share something with you. I believe it is a picture of what is forming within the Body of Christ; a peculiar remnant of individuals that have been chosen to represent God's government and will address conflict correctly.

I was praying a few weeks ago and I saw a door. This door was sitting in the heavens. It was massive and it was beautiful. The door was solid. The door was open. Suddenly, I saw people walking through this door and it wasn’t people walking single file, it was a flood of people flowing through this door. The people walking through the door were from every culture and nation. No one was striving or struggling to get through the door. The freedom in the atmosphere was tangible. Every single person walked through in full stature, full strength, fully measured by the kingdom, fully identified by heaven and fully marked by God’s hand.

But what made this door so unique was that it had the word “LIBERTY” over the top of it.

It isn't a liberty by the familiar definition that we understand as a sovereign nation; it is a liberty that is birthed from the kingdom of God that allows every tribe and nation to walk in the fullness of their identity with unique sounds and expressions only God can create. It was not a liberty given by the world. It was not a liberty tainted by flawed humanity. It was a liberty that was restored to man when Jesus laid it down and arose. It's a liberty that can only be gained through the cross and by those that desire to receive it no other way. I knew when I saw this door that it represented the united ones within the kingdom of God. It represented a remnant of people that cared very little about each other’s race, gender, age, generation or personality. It represented a people that wanted one thing only; to be the seekers of the One who holds all mysteries and for those mysteries to be revealed through them. Let 2 Corinthians 5:15-17 be a reminder to us:

15 And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.
16 So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come:[a] The old has gone, the new is here!

True healing begins when the kingdom shows up. True healing begins when the sons and daughters of the Most High show up and choose to be identified by heaven, and not the idiosyncrasies of the world. They are ones that understand the true origin of liberty and carry its sound within them. Will we be the generation that carries the sound of great change amidst chaos? Will we throw down our titles, our egos, our attachment to self or our attachment to our own kingdoms? Will we carry a sound that cannot be contained in boxes or containers that limit us or control us? Will we carry a sound of political will instead of the government of God? Will we carry healing that can mend one hundred years? If heaven resists the darkness, SO MUST WE. If light dispels the darkness, SO MUST WE. The liberty door is ahead. Get ready to walk through and make room beside you and make room behind you for many will follow.
